About Ease:

Ease was founded by Stef Todd in Ōtautahi, NZ as a culmination of all she has learned and put into practise over the last 10+ years of study, teaching & growing.

A word I choose to live by is “ease”. It’s a feeling I choose to cultivate in all of my teaching. I believe that ease can be accessed most simply through improving your breathing function at a foundational level & that if you don’t control your breath - it will control you. This is especially true when it comes to singing!

In her own music career she has performed as a vocalist and MC across a wide variety of genres. She has played festivals including Rhythm & Alps and opened for artists including Tali, Hollie Smith and Bailey Wiley.

Her latest single under “MARY.” - "Change (I Hoped)" was described by Sniffers as a "hauntingly beautiful track.. a profoundly captivating release". See her perform original song “Day to Day” Live at Alex’s here.

Alongside her love for music she is a mother to her 7 year old son, a qualified Yoga teacher and a Functional Breathing Coach. Experiences in these areas of her life have shaped her to be a compassionate, student-led teacher with a specialist interest in working with breath, working through performance anxiety and empowering students to practise music for the love of it.
