Take home “Basics of Functional Breathing” resource.
Follow up 20min Zoom check-in (option to shift to in-person session).
These sessions are perfect for - anybody struggling with dysfunctional breathing patterns, anxiety, shallow breathing, unconsciously holding the breath or frequently sighing/ gasping, disturbed sleep, mouth-breathing, not being aware of your breath at all or a feeling of living in survival mode (fight or flight/ hypervigilance).
These sessions are also perfect for - anybody who wants to build a strong foundation with a better understanding of their breath so that they can use it as a tool (anywhere, at any time) to enhance general overall wellbeing & performance in any discipline. (eg. anyone who breathes!)
